Roger
W. Anderson, M.D., is board certified by both The American Board
of Cosmetic Surgery and The American Board of Otolaryngology –
Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr.
Anderson taught at the University of West Virginia as a full
time Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology. He
then moved to Sanford, North Carolina, where he was in private
practice. During this time he was a Clinical Instructor at the
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Two years
later Dr. Anderson was selected for a Fellowship in Cosmetic
Surgery in Philadelphia at The Graduate Hospital, which was
affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. While in this
program, he participated in training physicians from around the
world and co-authored nine publications. These include textbook
chapters on body and facial liposuction and medical journal
articles on nose and facial plastic surgery.
During his
tenure at The Graduate Hospital, the President of the American
Society of Liposuction Surgery invited Dr. Anderson to lecture
and serve as a faculty member of liposuction and cosmetic
surgery courses. The President of the American Academy of
Cosmetic Surgery also appointed Dr. Anderson the Fellowship
Chairman of the Academy. In this position, he was involved in
the development of the latest cosmetic surgery techniques.
After
leaving Philadelphia, Dr. Anderson moved to Rockville, Maryland,
and opened a cosmetic surgery office in Rockville and in
Washington, D.C. In April, 1993, Dr. Anderson moved his practice
to Little Rock, Arkansas. He continues to enhance his practice
with current techniques.
He’s often
been voted "Best Cosmetic Surgeon of Central Arkansas" by
the readers of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
Dr.
Anderson moved into The Cypress Plaza on May 15, 1997. He is
excited to have the opportunity to welcome you to his office and
introduce you to his excellent office staff.

reception area, until the time you walk out the front door, you

Outside the
office, Dr. Anderson and his wife Pat enjoy reading, riding wave
runners at Lake Ouachita, and bird-watching in the Natural
State.
